You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. phtaha may require you to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID.
phtaha reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account functionality pending completion of identity verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension. Verified accounts benefit from higher withdrawal limits and expedited processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaha account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phtaha will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
All activity conducted through your phtaha account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized the activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phtaha support immediately via live chat.
phtaha recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. phtaha shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.
phtaha accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phtaha does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the phtaha account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the phtaha cashier section and may vary by payment method. phtaha reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within three (3) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. phtaha reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud review. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account.
phtaha complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. phtaha reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any transaction. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

All bets placed on phtaha are final once confirmed. phtaha does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a technical error on phtaha's part has demonstrably affected the outcome. phtaha uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
Note: In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, phtaha reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phtaha's decision in such matters is final.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phtaha platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
phtaha's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phtaha platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phtaha does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phtaha shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond phtaha's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
phtaha collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering on phtaha, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
phtaha will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and AMLC) as required by law or necessary to provide phtaha's services.
phtaha reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phtaha reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonus funds, and pending winnings. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your phtaha account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phtaha's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phtaha will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) business days.
Dispute Resolution: Players who believe a game outcome was unfair may submit a formal dispute to phtaha support via live chat within seven (7) days of the disputed event. phtaha will review all relevant game logs and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
phtaha reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phtaha will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the phtaha platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using phtaha and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
